• Broadcasting live from Sayville, New York...

Better Nature Records is a boutique record shop located in Sayville, New York on Long Island. We carry new and vintage vinyl records, U-Turn Audio turntables, Ortofon, guitars and guitar pedals, band merch and designer apparel.

  • Our Passion is Music...

In addition to rare and vintage records, we carry a curated selection of new album titles and are constantly introducing our customers to new artists. We have live shows at the shop regularly and work very closely both with artists and production companies to ensure the show is properly captured to create stunning content.

  • To make sure you get the most in sound from your vinyl records, our shop offers a full line of U-Turn Audio Turntables, Ortofon cartridges, turntable replacement parts and record care systems. We also carry a full line of guitar pedals by Mas Effects, as well as D’Addario guitar strings, cables and accessories, and Royal saxophone and clarinet reeds.

  • We also love fashion and art. In addition to exclusive artist merchandise, the shop is a member of the NuOrder Marketplace which enables the shop to constantly rotate different collections of designer apparel, including WoodWood, All Saints, The Kooples and Eleven Paris. We also have a rotating small art gallery that features original artwork for sale by local artists who receive 100% of the sale.

  • A constant source of news and content, Better Nature’s news blog is dedicated to providing extensive coverage of bands and artists throughout our communities. Many of our staff writer are musicians themselves, allowing Better Nature Records to tap into the Long Island music scene and provide an unfiltered look into the music community, while also serving as a platform by which artists can achieve much broader exposure.

Be cool. Be kind. Be original. Get lost in the music.
